Up, up and away. That describes sales at ExOfficio's Sea-Tac Airport store since 5ive Creative did a merchandising makeover. The Seattle-based company, specializing in performance clothes for the “adventurous spirit,” knew they had great products and a great location - but customers and sales were passing them by. With a redesigned store and a compelling approach to telling their brand story, customers began to make the connection and started to fly in. Bottom line – traffic and sales are up 30%. With this result it's no wonder ExOfficio is doing some traveling themselves - to find additional locations.
